Hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”.

The Controller processes personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR, and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

2. What Personal Data We Process

We process only personal data that you provide to us yourself, especially through the contact or inquiry form, by e-mail, phone or other communication.

This may include in particular the following data:

  • first name and surname,
  • company name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • address,
  • content of the message or inquiry,
  • or any other data that you provide to us yourself.

3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

We process personal data for the purpose of:

5. Personal Data Retention Period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary.

Data from contact and inquiry forms is retained for the time needed to handle the communication, usually no longer than 12 months from the last communication, unless further cooperation is established.

Data related to a contractual relationship, accounting or tax obligations is retained for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations.

Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until the consent is withdrawn, unless otherwise specified.

6. To Whom Personal Data May Be Disclosed

We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless it is necessary to provide our services or fulfil legal obligations.

Personal data may be accessed in particular by:
